4) What We Do After Receiving a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material,

  • Notify the affected user or content provider, and

  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5) How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice that includes:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district (or the Central District of California if you reside outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action within 10–14 business days.

6) Repeat Infringer Policy

We apply a zero-tolerance approach to repeat copyright violations. Users with multiple valid claims may have their access suspended or terminated.
