At Sisterology Shop by Kiroma Naturals LLC, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. This page explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on sisterologyshop.com.

📅 Return Window

  • You may request a return within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Requests submitted after 15 days may not be eligible.

✅ Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging/tags.

Note: Minor variations in color/fit due to screen display or manufacturing tolerance are not considered defects.

💲 Return Costs

  • Free returns for approved requests.

  • We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

📧 How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the condition/defect

We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label and instructions.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size/item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

💵 Refunds

  • After your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 4–5 business days for your bank/payment provider to post the funds.

  • You’ll receive a refund confirmation email.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns (no prior approval) may be refused.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are not refund-eligible unless the product arrives damaged.

  • Items that are used, washed, altered, or missing original packaging may be ineligible.

Sisterology Shop operates entirely online.
Our Los Angeles addresses are for mailing and order fulfillment only. We do not accept in-person returns or visits.
